The EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) regulates fair access to and use of data generated by connected products and related services. The aim of the regulation is to give users greater transparency and control over their data.
In connection with the use of our smart lighting system smik, this means:
Users receive clear information about what data is generated through the use of smik and for what purposes it is processed.
Users have the right to export or receive their usage data.
Data will only be passed on to third parties on the basis of express consent or legal requirements.
