The conditions of participation apply to participation in the ‘Paulmann Customer Survey Competition 2025’ (hereinafter referred to as “competition”).
1. Organiser
The competition is organised by Paulmann licht gmbh, Quezinger Feld 2, 31832 Springe-Völksen (hereinafter referred to as ‘Paulmann lighting’).
2. Duration of the promotion
Duration of the promotion The promotion will run over the time period from 26 November 2025 to 31 January 2026.
3. Eligibility
Eligibility Natural persons of legal age who are resident in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, England and Denmark are eligible to participate. Employees of Paulmann lighting and other companies involved in the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Only one entry per participant per day is permitted. Multiple entries per day, in particular using more email addresses, as well as other manipulative measures will result in the now exclusion of the participant.
4. Procedure of the promotion
Competition procedure Participation in the competition is achieved by validly participating in the customer survey on product selection and application and providing an email address as part of this survey. Two winners will be drawn at random from among the participants after the survey has closed. They will be notified of their win by email from Paulmann lighting.
5. Prizes
Prizes Two Amazon vouchers worth €50 each will be raffled off among all participants by Paulmann itself. The winners will receive an email from Paulmann lighting with the voucher code. Cash payment or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are not transferable. Amazon is neither a sponsor nor an organiser of the competition.
6. Early termination of the promotion
Premature termination of the competition Paulmann lighting reserves the right to terminate the competition if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hardware/software), the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
7. Liability
Liability Any liability on the part of Paulmann lighting is fundamentally excluded, unless Paulmann lighting or its vicarious agents have caused the damage through gross negligence or intent or have violated an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). In the event of a slightly negligent breach of cardinal obligations, Paulmann lighting's liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb or health and for fraudulent concealment of defects remains unaffected. The same applies to liability under the Product Liability Act.
8. Other
Miscellaneous Legal recourse is excluded.
